When Klarna decided to expand its global footprint with a new tech hub in Warsaw, the goal was clear: position the company as a leading employer in Poland’s competitive tech ecosystem. The Swedish fintech giant sought to go beyond a simple announcement, aiming to create excitement about its growth plans, foster connections with key stakeholders, and highlight its vision for innovation. With ambitions to grow its Warsaw team from 12 employees to over 200, Klarna’s launch event needed to make an impact—and that’s where we came in.
Our team at Ekstrakt crafted a comprehensive event experience to bring Klarna’s vision to life. The event took place in Look Up, a stunning venue recently crowned as Europe’s most beautiful event space for 2024. We transformed the location into a vibrant showcase of Klarna’s bold branding, using modern design elements and sophisticated on-site decorations to create an atmosphere that reflected the company’s innovative ethos.
Beyond the visuals, we managed every aspect of event production, from crafting digital assets to overseeing attendee, media, and partner registrations. Our team ensured a seamless experience for all guests while creating opportunities for meaningful networking and engagement.
Execution was meticulously planned. We cast actors who closely matched our AI-generated characters, integrated vibrant branding elements, and managed post-production in-house to maintain precise creative control. The result was a seamless, authentic narrative that felt both personal and professional.
